Three unmarked cemeteries are located on property which was once part of the Ravensworth tract,  belonging to William Fitzhugh.  In the late 1700s, William Fitzhugh’s family built three homes in the area: Ravensworth, Oak Hill and Ossian Hall.  Residents of the area believe that slaves from Ossian Hall and/or Oak Hill  may have been buried at these cemeteries. The three cemeteries are located within two miles of each other.
